Langley Holdings plc, the diverse engineering and industrial group, has appointed Mr Paul Sexton as Company Secretary, effective 1st April, 2020.
Mr Sexton, who is Group Accountant for Langley’s UK operations, has headed up the group’s UK financial function since 1995 and in recent years assisted Mr Bernard Watson, the group’s former Company Secretary, who retired in December.
