With the New Service Center in Queretaro, Mexico
Queretaro, Mexico – Bergen Engines proudly announces the inauguration of its newest Service Center in Queretaro, Mexico, solidifying its strategic commitment to delivering top-quality service and support across Latin America and the Caribbean. The opening ceremony, held on September 11th and 12th, 2024, was attended by over 100 guests, including customers, key stakeholders, and government officials from the region.
The new Service Center, located in the prosperous State of Queretaro, will serve as a central hub for Bergen Engines, providing enhanced support to customers throughout Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art parts storage and technical services, ensuring rapid deployment of dedicated service engineers, tailored to the needs of customers in the region.
Notable attendees included the Norwegian Ambassador to Mexico and Central America, Ragnhild Imerslund, as well as senior representatives from the Queretaro State government, such as Dra. Paloma Palacios, and Eng. Mauricio Reyes from the Queretaro State Energy Agency. Also present were industry partners from Langley Holdings Power Division, including Piller Power Systems and Marelli Motori.
